Terms of Service

Thank you for considering me for your commission! Please read the terms of service below. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.GENERAL:
-I’ll draw most things except NSFW and hate speech, but note that I have the right to refuse any commission I'm uncomfortable with.
-Do not use my art for AI training or NFT minting.
-Please provide visual references for me to work with (reference sheet, picrew images, MSPaint doodles, photo collages, etc). If there is no visual reference, I'll request an additional charge from you.
-Payments are made in full and upfront before I begin working on your commission.
-I will allow up to three revisions total. I won’t make exceptions with revision fees at this time; three is the limit.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
-Turnaround time is usually 30 days or less, depending on the complexity of a commission and the number of other commissions I'm working on at the time.
-A basic sketch of your commission will be provided within 14 days.
-Art needed by a certain deadline requires extra payment and must be specified before you order from me.
-If I cannot deliver your commission before the deadline, you will be fully refunded.USE:
-These commissions are for personal use, unless you request otherwise.
-If you would like to use my art commercially, please message me beforehand so that we can discuss more details. Whether the commission is personal or commercial, you must credit me, either with a direct link to my socials or in written form (froglucose).
-Typically, I will post the finished commission to other websites, though you're free to post your commission any time after that! Again, all I ask is that you credit me.
-If you would like to keep your commission private, please let me know so I don't post it without your consent.REFUNDS:
Refunds are only given if I am unable to complete your commission (e.g., inability to finish before the deadline).COMMUNICATION:
-I will send you at least one progress image for you to approve before I continue working on your commission. As we communicate, this is your time to ask for revisions if needed, though please keep the revision limit in mind.
